About the RoleThe Project Controls Bootcamp at Aegis is an incredible opportunity to learnproject controlsfrom experts in the field. This full-time program equips participants with the core skills needed for a career inproject controls. The Boot Camp will take up to50 percent of the day, and the other 50 percent will be spent on client work.

General responsibilities- Review project schedules and provide recommendations based onprojectexecution goals
- Perform critical path analyses andidentifyschedule-related problems, recommend corrective actions
- Conduct site walks for progress validation and prepare monthly reporting packages for the project site team
- Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to support the program
- Review the contractor’s progress and present it to management for decision-making
- Communicate project status and challenges effectively
- Review and evaluate contract change orders and amendments for impact on budget and schedule
- Two to four years of construction experience in any of the following industries :
- Airports
- Wastewater orwater facilities
- Pharmaceutical
- Manufacturing
- Government facilities (USACE/NAFAC/public safety)
- Educational (K-12 schools/higher education)
- Commercial (officebuildings/lodging)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion and commitment to learning andparticipatingin the Boot Camp program
- The Bootcamp will be 50 percent of the day, and the other 50 percent will be spent working on assignments.

The pay range for this role is:
68,000 - 92,000 USD per year (Orlando, FL)
