Overview

• On-site at Spotswood, NJ until June 2026. Potential for long-term conversion at a different campus

• Observing teaching staff and aides at the partner school, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and providing coaching through structured one-on-one or small-group sessions
• Guiding students in individual or small-group formats: tracking advancement in digital learning platforms, cultivating goal-setting capabilities, and modeling effective strategies for staff observation
• Facilitating life skills workshops that captivate students while illustrating exemplary delivery for staff development
• Analyzing student performance data to refine mentorship tactics and confirm attainment of academic benchmarks
• Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to solidify best practices and address inquiries

• Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
• Available to work on-site at the Spotswood, NJ campus through June 2026 (temporary relocation permitted)
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or comparable roles serving youth or adult populations
• Minimum 1 year of experience training or coaching adults (educators, staff members, coaches) with proven modeling and feedback capabilities
• Hands-on experience working with children between the ages of 5 and 14 in educational or youth development contexts

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
