Our 2-Hour Learning approach combines AI-adaptive platforms with specialist-led instruction to accelerate reading achievement. Your role: create and facilitate brief, high-impact reading workshops that produce quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support the expansion of that model to campuses nationwide.
This is not about completing lesson-plan documentation. It is data-informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading framework that serves thousands of students.
