Do conventional schools fall short by lecturing at students rather than learning alongside them? Alpha Schools is redefining education by replacing traditional instruction with AI‑driven personalized learning and mentorship at the peer level. Each student advances according to their own readiness. Your role is to guide discovery of individual talents, not to deliver predetermined content.
This position is designed for high achievers ready to direct their energy toward transforming an outdated system. There are no papers to grade and no rigid curriculum to follow. Instead, you will facilitate workshops, spark intellectual engagement, and demonstrate that education becomes limitless when students take ownership of their learning.
