You will combine exceptional coaching expertise with dynamic presentation skills, converting workshops, data-informed motivational sessions, and precise feedback into powerful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities
Develop Guides and students to ensure every learner in your cohort enjoys school, achieves learning at 2× velocity, and gains mastery of life skills. No exceptions.
Basic Requirements- Currently reside in or prepared to relocate for in-person work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD;
Boston, MA;
Chicago, IL;
Fort Lauderdale, FL;
Seattle, WA; or CA:
East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles) - Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or comparable fields.
- Proven track record creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training systems.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated success building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
