Onsite positions are available in Atlanta, GA;
Las Vegas, NV;
Nashville, TN;
Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ. Annual salary of $150,000, distributed weekly. Health benefits begin on day one, plus HSA/FSA and 401(k) Roth options. Relocation assistance is provided.

• Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
• Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for addressing challenges
• Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
• Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your emphasis is on preparing them to be outstanding facilitators
• Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, your role is to uphold that expectation
• Conducting uninspiring training – you ll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning

Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional quality.

• Hold a Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field.
• Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Professional experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Competency in data analysis and applying metrics to inform decision-making and foster continuous improvement.
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA;
  Las Vegas, NV;
  Nashville, TN;
  Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Current legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. For more details, see
