• Facilitating adaptive literacy workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating individualized engagement strategies that resonate with children and foster a sustained passion for reading
• Evaluating student performance metrics to iteratively improve instructional methods and generate actionable findings
• Working alongside technology teams to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms

• Bachelor’s degree plus advanced certification in reading pedagogy (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable credential)
• Minimum 2 years of documented experience conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary learners
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate reading proficiency, organize student groups, and develop differentiated lessons independent of prescribed curricula
• Comfortable using AI and adaptive learning platforms, with skill in responding to student interaction patterns
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
