Position Assignment: F-35A Contractor Instructor Pilot (CIP) to be located at the Łask Tactical Air Base in Łask, Poland.

This position will be responsible for the execution of Pilot Training Center (PTC) operations in support of the Poland Ministry of National Defense (MND) and the Polish Air Force (PLAF). This position supports military pilots' flight procedures in maintaining their qualification level in the Pilot Training Device by executing approved pilot training syllabi, upgrades, and tactics training. The CIP will provide pilot training using the F-35 Full Mission Simulator (FMS).

The instructor will primarily operate the Instructor Operating Station (IOS) and will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting pilot training and tactics development, as well as recommending courseware updates. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin team at dedicated training sites to fulfill F-35 training and continuation training objectives. The successful candidate will implement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs, and policies as directed.

The candidate must maintain a Secret level security clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) access. An appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with the assignment, is required. Additional duties will be assigned as required. Additional responsibilities:
• Provide academic training through Electronic Mediated Lecture (EML) and Interactive Courseware (ICW).

• Implement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs, and policies as directed.

• Comply with site security and access control procedures in accordance with F-35 program and customer procedures.

• Must have experience working in an environment that requires interaction with multiple functional areas and personnel with different backgrounds and expertise.

• Instruct pilots in flight procedures and techniques in ground school courses and flight training, and prepare lesson plans.

• Assist in the preparation of schedules, maintenance of training records, and ensure that course standards, training requirements, and objectives are met by each student.

• Candidate must have active secret clearance Final clearance adjudication within the last five years and be able to qualify and hold a SAP clearance.
