Center Clinical Medical Director - Primary Care Outpatient – Orlando, FL

COMPENSATION: $280-$300k base + Bonus’ and Partnership

Role:

• Salary:
  Base $280,000-$300,000 + Bonus'
• Hours:
  
  Monday – Friday work schedule;
  Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
• Work/Life Balance
• Small Patient Panel – 60-90 patients max
• Manage PCP’s and NP’s
• Patient Population:
  Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
• Education:
  
  MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred
• Skills:
  
  Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
