Advent Health for Children, a nationally recognized pediatric hospital nestled in the heart of Central Florida, is seeking a fellowship‑trained Pediatric Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to join our expanding Craniofacial and Pediatric Plastics Division in Fall 2026. The selected surgeon will play a key leadership role in expanding a high‑acuity, high‑volume practice, focusing on craniofacial and craniomaxillofacial surgery (including cleft lip/palate and craniosynostosis), general pediatric plastic surgery, pediatric microsurgery and nerve reconstruction, and advanced adult reconstructive and aesthetic procedures (based on interest and training).

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of dedicated pediatric subspecialists and surgical colleagues in a collaborative, innovation‑driven environment that values teamwork, research, and surgical excellence. Academic appointment and research support are available through Advent Health’s medical education and research institutes.

Our Walt Disney Pavilion at Advent Health for Children is a full‑service, tertiary children’s hospital with over 200 dedicated pediatric beds, more than 30 pediatric ICU beds with a dedicated pediatric CICU, a 102‑bed NICU, 17‑bed pediatric emergency department and statewide pediatric network and transport system. We started our comprehensive pediatric open‑heart program in 2012 and have a strong track record of positive outcomes.
