Advent Health Tampa is seeking a dynamic full‑time Pediatric Surgery leader to join our team as Medical Director.

Advent Health for Children and Advent Health Medical Group want a creative, energetic, and dedicated professional to grow our pediatric surgery program. The role involves programmatic development, clinical quality, performance improvement, and outpatient clinic expansion, while maintaining seamless coverage with the Orlando team.

• Programmatic development and growth of outpatient pediatric surgery clinic.
• Lead clinical quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Call coverage at Advent Health Tampa with full‑time APP support.
• Build and maintain relationships with community physicians, supported by marketing.
• Collaborate with the Orlando pediatric surgery team for coverage of full‑time surgeon in Tampa.

• Fellowship training in Pediatric Surgery.
• Board certification in Pediatric Surgery through the American Board of Surgery.
• Broad surgical technical skills.
• Willingness to build and grow a program.
• Patient‑centered focus and excellent communication skills.
