Part Time Pediatric Hospitalist at Advent Health Tampa in Florida

Advent Health for Children and Advent Health Medical Group are seeking a dynamic and energetic Part-Time Pediatric Hospitalist to join our team at Advent Health Tampa, working in partnership with Advent Health for Children/Walt Disney Pavilion in Orlando. This position offers the opportunity to practice within a growing, collaborative network providing comprehensive pediatric care across Central Florida.

• Provide pediatric admissions for our 15-bed Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit
• Support emergency department pediatric consults and participate in daily family-centered rounding
• Provide coverage in the Level I Newborn Nursery with the support of an Advanced Practice Provider
• Flexible schedule: approximately 7 twelve-hour shifts per month (days, nights, and weekends)
• On-site pediatric support includes:
• 28-bed Level III NICU with 24/7 Neonatologist coverage
• 5-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit with intensivist coverage
• Pediatric surgery and medical specialty services available
