Advent Health Medical Group in Central Florida is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to assume clinical leadership of an 1,800+ provider specialty medical group and more than 60 subspecialties.
Job Summary:
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is responsible for shaping the clinical vision and driving strategic initiatives that ensure excellence in quality, safety and patient outcomes across all employed physicians and advanced practice providers in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The CMO is accountable for advancing quality, safety and clinical performance and for fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
This role guides initiatives that optimize provider engagement and strengthen operational effectiveness across the Division.
