About the Role:

* Create customized design plans that showcase various flooring options.

* Present samples and designs to clients, guiding them through the selection process.

* Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless execution of design projects.

* Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.

* Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

* Assist in marketing efforts to promote services and attract new clients.

* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in interior design or a related field.

* Strong knowledge of flooring materials and design principles.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

* Proficiency in design software and tools.

* Strong attention to detail and a passion for customer satisfaction.

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
