Role DescriptionOrlando Health is seeking a full‑time Healthcare Architect for an on‑site position located in Orlando, Florida. The Healthcare Architect will play a critical role in designing, planning, and implementing innovative healthcare facility solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, developing project plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting the integration of technology with architectural designs to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Qualifications- Proficiency in architecture, healthcare facility design, and space planning
- Strong project management, team collaboration, and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, building codes, and compliance standards
- Experience with architectural design software and technological integration into healthcare facilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field; architectural licensing is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills to liaise with stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare‑focused projects or prior work in the medical construction field is advantageous
