Part Time Dental Receptionist @ Main Street Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics of Waterford Lakes

Dental Care Alliance is seeking a Part Time bilingual (English & Spanish) Dental Receptionist to provide high level of patient care and satisfaction in a team-based environment. The position is perfect for someone passionate about outstanding customer service, eager to learn, and looking to start a career in dentistry.

Tues – Thurs 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (Lunch 1:00–2:00)

The role supports all staff and patients. Duties include answering phones, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, assisting with treatment plan financial arrangements, and managing requests or projects from staff or the Office Manager.

• Greet patients upon arrival and exit, acknowledging with a smile
• Answer and direct telephone calls
• Schedule and maintain appointment book
• Confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows/cancellations
• Register patients on sign‑in sheet
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts
• Check voicemail daily
• Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area

• Experience in a dental, medical or other healthcare office (preferred)
• Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) a plus
• Experience answering telephone calls
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Bilingual in English & Spanish
