We’re looking for a highly organized, guest-focused Travel Coordinator who will plan, coordinate, and manage travel arrangements for Vacatia guests and owners, ensuring seamless vacation experiences and exceptional service at every touchpoint.

• Coordinate and manage guest travel arrangements, via phone to explain the vacation package availability.
• Collaborate with sales and resort teams to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check‑out.
• Provide personalized support to guests, addressing questions, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall vacation experience.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting to track travel details, preferences, and guest feedback.
• Champion cross‑functional teamwork, ensuring communication and collaboration across Vacatia departments for optimal guest satisfaction.

• Previous outbound sales experience in travel coordination, guest services, or hospitality operations, preferably in timeshare or vacation ownership environments.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Strength in organization, communication, and problem‑solving, with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi‑task, adapt to changing priorities, and provide a seamless experience for guests.
• Must be able to work evenings.
