• Collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals
• Manage high volumes of daily inbound calls and conduct timely follow‑up communications
• Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and service expectations
• Schedule customer appointments accurately
• Communicate clearly with customers and thoroughly document all account interactions
• Educate customers throughout their project to ensure understanding and a smooth experience
• Help others and feel great doing it!

• 1-year minimum call center experience
• Team lead experience preferred
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trade terminology
• Service Titan experience is a plus!
