Job Description
Rapidly growing HVAC company in the Downtown Orlando area is looking for a skilled Customer Service Specialist with dispatch experience.
ResponsibilitiesThe duties include speaking with customers over the phone, data entry, maintaining the scheduling of service associates, formulating logistics plans, and general office duties. Dispatch experience is highly preferred.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate has good verbal communication and relationship skills, is upbeat, personable, polite, and possesses strong phone skills.
Additional DetailsThis is Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm – with occasional weekends.
Work HoursMonday – Friday, 8am to 5pm (Occasional weekends)
Pay Rate$19–$21 per hour
