Position: Office Clerk / Impound & Customer Service Assistant

AATR Orlando is seeking a reliable and organized Office Clerk / Customer Service Assistant to support daily operations at our towing and impound facility.

This position plays an important role assisting customers retrieving vehicles, answering calls, supporting dispatch operations, and handling paperwork related to impounds and vehicle releases.

We are looking for someone professional, calm under pressure, and comfortable working with the public in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with vehicle releases and impound procedures
  • Verify required documents (, registration, insurance, authorization forms)
  • Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone
  • Answer incoming calls and route information to dispatchers
  • Help dispatchers with data entry and call updates
  • Maintain organized records and a filing system
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Explain policies, fees, and procedures clearly to customers
  • Communicate with law enforcement and insurance companies when needed
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable speaking with upset or stressed customers professionally
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, web systems)
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Language:
  • English required
  • Spanish is a strong plus
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Towing, impound lot, repo, or auto industry experience
  • Dispatch or call center experience
  • Cash handling or office clerk experience

Pay

Based on experience (to be discussed during the interview), AATR Orlando is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a dependable and organized Office Clerk/Customer Service Assistant to join our vibrant team at our towing and impound facility! This position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, helping them with vehicle retrieval, addressing inquiries, assisting with dispatch operations, and managing important paperwork associated with impounds and vehicle releases.

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
