SEA LIFE Orlando is searching for fun-loving, enthusiastic, people-powered superstars to join our Guest Experience Team
!

About the Role

At SEA LIFE Orlando, our Guest Experience Team is all about delivering a guest‑obsessed culture and helping every visitor make unforgettable memories.

As a Guest Experience Host
, you’ll become an underwater guide—leading guests through exciting ocean discoveries and helping them experience something truly amazing inside our aquarium.

In this role, you’ll rotate through a variety of guest experience positions, bringing high energy, strong communication, and excellent presentation skills to every shift. You’ll play a huge part in inspiring repeat visits by delivering the best‑in‑class guest service
, along with impressive product and ocean knowledge. Your mission? To ensure every guest has the most magical, fun, and safe experience possible.

  • Embrace a passion for education and the SEA LIFE brand
  • Speak confidently and comfortably in front of large groups
  • Manage queue lines safely and efficiently while keeping the experience friendly and upbeat
  • Stand for extended periods while keeping a positive attitude
  • Deliver fun, engaging talks and interactive animal presentations
  • Help maintain the cleanliness of the aquarium to ensure a safe, sparkling environment
  • Share your ocean knowledge and teach guests about conservation in a memorable, exciting way
Experience Required

6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.

  • Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
  • Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
  • Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
