Baseck Training, a cutting‑edge Lifestyle Performance Studio opening soon in Lake Nona, Florida, is hiring Member Experience Specialists (Front Desk Associates) to join our growing team!
Our studio offers fast‑paced, 30‑minute circuit‑based workouts that blend energy, accountability, and community. Each workout also supports a cause — clients earn points that convert into donations for one of six charities. The harder they work, the more we give!

Pay: $16–$18/hour + commissions
Location:
Lake Nona, FL (in‑person)
- Greet members and guests with energy and enthusiasm — you set the tone!
- Manage check‑ins, assist with scheduling, and answer membership questions.
- Provide seamless handoffs to management and coaching staff.
- Keep the studio organized, professional, and welcoming at all times.
- Answer calls, manage leads from multiple channels (social, chat, walk‑, phone).
- Conduct tours, explain membership options, and assist with enrollments.
- Input leads into CRM, send intake forms, schedule sessions, and manage follow‑ups.
- Process payments, manage POS transactions, and confidently recommend products or apparel.
- Execute first‑session procedures, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience from start to finish.
- Participate in local outreach, events, and social media engagement.
- Help capture photos, videos, and stories to highlight our amazing community.
- Collaborate with marketing partners to ensure consistency and excitement.
- Be the bridge between members, coaches, and management — ensuring every voice is heard and every concern is addressed.
- Collect feedback and contribute ideas to improve the member journey and studio experience.
