** what you get to do:
*** greet guests and provide park information to our visitors
* perform guest reservation check-in/check-out functions using computer
* perform guest bag checks
* maintain cleanliness of all park areas including trash removal and sweeping
* quickly resolve guest challenges by providing exceptional guest service
* distribute available lockers to our guests, while maintaining cleanliness of locker facilities
* perform guest check-in functions for in-park activities
* provide informational tours for small groups of up to 12 guests
* maintain a safe work environment
* perform other duties as assigned
** what it takes to succeed:
*** previous experience in a customer service role
* excellent english language written and verbal communication skills
* intermediate computer skills
* excellent guest service skills
* cash handling skills
* able to stand for long periods of time
* able to walk in sand
* able to lift 30 pounds
* able to push/pull 50 pounds with assistance
* able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes
* available to work 2 full days per week
* able to work shifts starting as early as 5:30 am and ending as late as 11:00 pm (for special events)
