Customer Service Representative
Our esteemed client, based in Orlando, FL, seeks a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team on a long-term contract basis.
Company Profile:
- Privately held company
- Established in 2008
- Providing support to members/clients via phone and email throughout pre and post broadcast activities
- Handling inbound calls and conducting some outbound calling
- Addressing member/client inquiries and resolving issues promptly through email communication
- Ensuring accuracy of member information and updating records as needed
- Responding to member/client inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner
- Entering and managing member/client data in the database to track interactions and resolutions
- Identifying, documenting, and alerting management of any trends observed in member calls
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to navigate multiple platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Medical knowledge or experience is advantageous but not mandatory
