As a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative, you are an integral part of our office team. Using your ability to connect with people quickly, you provide out‑of‑this‑world customer service while answering phones, scheduling appointments, and dispatching calls.

You are comfortable pulling permits for jobs when requested. As part of your administrative duties, you type proposals in a professional, efficient manner. Each day is filled with satisfaction and pride in a job well done

Experience in permitting is a plus. Previous knowledge of Excel, Service titian, Service line, or another scheduling program would be a huge plus. This office position typically works Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
