Box Office Attendant is responsible for processing ticket sales at the Ticket Office and providing customer assistance.

This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00

Addition Financial Arena is located on the campus of The University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando, FL.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Works under the supervision of the Ticket Office Manager.
• Projects professional appearance and manner.
• Provides information to patrons regarding performances and ticket policies.
• Provides customer service in all aspects of the Ticket Office, including phones.
• Utilizes Ticketmaster software to process ticket sales.
• Maintains accuracy in financial transactions.
• Assists in the enforcement of building policies for patrons.
• Provides assistance for patrons in emergency situations.
• Accountable for transactions at his/her work

• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with Windows based computers
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Experience working with the public and cash
• Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team
• Capable of working a flexible schedule and extended hours, including but not limited to working early mornings, nights, weekends and holiday sin addition to traditional business hours
• Must be able to work in a loud noise environment
• Must be over 18 years or older
• Strong verbal communication skills in the English language (Spanish is a plus)
• Proven ability to work well with all levels of management
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
