Job Description

World Class Vacations by World Strides, a leader in student group travel and experiences, relies on the Orlando Operations Team to successfully implement group itineraries. From the time a group arrives at the Orlando International Airport to departure, the team maintains constant communication with groups and serves as the main point‑of‑contact for Group Leaders. This seasonal, part‑time role offers various shifts between February and June 30th, with no fixed hours beyond meeting the company’s needs and group volume.

Responsibilities
  • Group resort check‑in and check‑out
  • Hospitality room set‑up
  • Bus move operations
  • Daily group “float and promote”
  • Team communication
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Availability during peak times – February through June.
  • Team player who works well with students, teachers, local vendors, and World Strides staff.
  • Ability to navigate a group through the city by foot and metro efficiently.
  • Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
  • Integrity and responsibility.
  • Passion for helping others.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Preferred experience working with student populations.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem‑solving skills.
  • Skilled at multitasking and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Access to a reliable personal vehicle for occasional use.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for assigned shifts and lift or move up to 30 pounds when assisting travelers with luggage.
