- Tech‑savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
- Experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills with a solutions‑focused mindset
- Previous experience in educational support or related fields
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to notice small but impactful elements
