As a Service Advisor at Greenway Ford, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless service experience for our valued guests.

• Greet guests and assess their service needs with a focus on providing excellent guest service.
• Consult with guests about their vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services based on their needs.
• Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding service timelines, costs, and warranty coverage.
• Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address guest inquiries.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience.

• Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
