Our agency opened in 2000 and currently has a dedicated team of ten. I've been with State Farm for 40 years, having served in several roles - first as an agent, then in field staff, and eventually returning to agency ownership. Insurance runs in my family; my father also worked in the industry, and my own journey has been shaped by a lifelong commitment to service and integrity.

Before my insurance career, I served in the U.S. Air Force as a flight instructor, an experience that taught me leadership, discipline, and teamwork.

I hold a master's degree and am married with four sons, as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren - family means everything to me. That same sense of family extends into our office culture. We're a close-knit, supportive group that works hard, celebrates each other's successes, and truly enjoys spending time together.

Our team participates in missionary work and community outreach through our church, reflecting our shared belief in giving back. We also enjoy team dinners, outings, and even spirit week - it's a fun, energizing way to stay connected.

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
