Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Client Care Coordinator (CCC) to join our team at the front desk. The CCC will support the Manager in ensuring efficient Center operations and serve as the client liaison to promote ongoing patronage.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a consultative sales environment.
- Proficiency in business software platforms (e.g., Zenoti).
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.

Professionalism and Knowledge- Participate in daily huddles and keep the tracker updated.
- Be knowledgeable about all products and services.
- Ask questions to understand client needs better.
- Treat every client with respect and empathy.
- Empower clients with knowledge and tools for health and wellness decisions.
- Ensure HIPAA and biohazard standards compliance.
- Follow protocols to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Foster a supportive community within the center.

- Provide personalized care tailored to each client.
- Participate in knowledge checks regularly.
- Seek and incorporate client feedback for improvement.
- Follow the marketing plan and participate in community outreach activities.
