Position Summary

The Member Support Specialist is a high-impact role within our call center operations, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, financial accuracy, and seamless support to Auto Pay Plus  members. This position operates in a high-volume call center environment, providing inbound and outbound call support across key operational areas including Member Support, Card Services, New Enrollments, and Loan Servicing. You will help members manage their payment schedules, answer account questions, resolve issues, and guide them through our services with professionalism and care.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume inbound/outbound call center
  • Build rapport and provide a five-star experience while educating members about program benefits
  • Process new enrollments and support current members by reviewing, updating, and maintaining accurate payment schedules and account information
  • Clearly explain program details, processes, and financial information in a way members can easily understand
  • Review, analyze, and reconcile financial ledgers, payment histories, payoff schedules, and amortization impacts
  • Troubleshoot account discrepancies and collaborate cross-departmentally (Card Services, Loan Servicing, Compliance) to ensure timely resolutions
  • Uphold strict compliance standards, ensuring accuracy in every member interaction
  • Handle and protect sensitive financial information in accordance with GLBA, SOC2, ACH regulations, banking rules, and internal privacy policies
  • Document member conversations and actions taken within company systems (CRM/Servicing Platforms)
  • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and training to continually enhance performance and member engagement best practices
Qualifications Required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–3+ years of experience in customer service, financial operations, call center, or data entry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Ability to multi-task and meet time-sensitive deadlines

    Must pass background and credit checks
Preferred
  • Experience in auto finance, banking, loan servicing, card services, ACH processing, or financial compliance
  • Understanding of FDCPA, financial compliance, and ACH/banking regulations
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
