Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Full Time in Naples, FL

• Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Assist the agent in establishing and achieving marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote appropriate products and services.

• Salary plus commission/bonus

• Interest in marketing products based on customer needs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
• People-oriented, organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, dedicated to customer service
• Ability to learn computer functions and work efficiently in a team environment
• Multi-tasking skills and ability to produce timely, thorough activity reports
• For bilingual roles, Spanish language skills are required
