We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production team during live and/or recorded services, which include but are not limited to video technology, lighting, audio mixing, equipment maintenance, programming and enhancements.
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel.
• Place production orders from the department.
• Provide leadership to the dream team volunteers by evaluation, development and mentoring.
• Coordinate with the Worship and Communication Pastors to ensure the appropriate lighting/audio, LED wall graphics and stage setup for every worship experience and event.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in production or related fields.
• Spiritual maturity, Christ-based background.
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
