From the classroom to the field, we’ve got you covered. We offer paid hourly wages for Interns to begin, and each year you come back and work with us, we’ll tack on an extra dollar per hour. Plus, when you graduate, you can transition into full‑time positions within the company.

Compensation: If you join the Oelrich Construction Internship Program you will commence your career from an enviable starting point. You will receive a starting wage of $15/hour for freshmen, $16/hour for sophomores, $17/hour for juniors, and $18/hour for seniors. Additionally, you will receive a bonus of an extra dollar per hour for every year you come back to do an internship with us.

Internship Structure: We aspire to build careers here at Oelrich through offering a 12‑week internship program that rotates through three 4‑week experiences across our departments to provide a unique and hands‑on experience with real‑life construction management challenges. Our students rotate between Preconstruction, Project Management, and Field Operations.
