Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Project Superintendent to oversee all field operations for construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will lead subcontractors, manage scheduling and safety, and ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency.

• Communicate effectively with owners, consultants, subcontractors, municipalities, and team members to maintain strong working relationships.
• Manage all aspects of field construction, including documentation, inspections, and materials coordination.
• Create and maintain daily job logs and reports, including materials testing and progress updates.
• Schedule subcontractors, inspections, and coordinate material deliveries and installations.
• Assist with updating and managing project schedules, including preparing two-week look-aheads for onsite meetings.
• Conduct and manage weekly subcontractor and safety meetings.
• Review subcontractor contract agreements, submittal packages, RFIs, and potential change orders.
• Review and maintain as-built documentation and coordinate with surveyors for site utility as-builts.

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of field construction operations, scheduling, and safety management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Procore, or other construction management software.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Full-time, onsite role based in Orlando, FL.
• Regular visits to active job sites required.
