Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead, and inspect work progress from crews in accordance with jobsite safety, schedules, and requirements.
- Assist in screening/filtering applicants and hiring workforce personnel.
- Train and enforce safety and regulatory compliance.
- Execute quality control and attend worksite inspections.
- Read specifications and blueprints to direct crews safely and efficiently.
- Work with jobsite field personnel.
- Strong communication (verbal & email) skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem resolution and the ability to quickly find solutions
- Experience in multi-family and/or commercial construction preferred
- Ability to assist with leading a workforce of 50+ technicians to produce quality workmanship
- Knowledge of blueprints
- Ability to work outdoors
- Travel as needed
- Full time position, hours vary
- Insulation, Drywall or similar experience would be helpful
- Light duty labor, standing at jobsites required
