As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for 2x luxury custom homes in Palm Beach Florida,8,000-9,000 sq. ft. and valued up to $40M each.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing luxury custom home builds.
- 6-10 years in a management position.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring tasks stay on schedule and within budget.
- Safety & Quality Control: Enforce safety standards and ensure work meets quality and code requirements.
- Team Supervision: Lead and manage construction crews, ensuring safety and policy adherence.
- Communication: Act as the main liaison between clients, contractors, and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Address on-site issues quickly to keep the project on track.
- Competitive salary ($135k-$155k based on experience).
