This is a full-time, on-site role for a Superintendent based in Orlando, FL. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with contractors, managing schedules, supervising site activities, conducting inspections, and addressing any arising issues to ensure project success.

• Strong project management and organization skills, with experience in scheduling and supervising construction projects.
• Proficiency in managing on-site operations, including monitoring safety standards, conducting inspections, and collaborating with contractors.
• Ability to solve complex issues, maintain quality standards, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements.
• Leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Previous experience in construction management is highly desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in construction-related software tools is an advantage but not mandatory.
