The company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager | Large-Scale Commercial to join the team. This role is critical to the successful completion of some of the most exciting resort and attractions projects in Orlando. The ideal candidate will step in quickly to manage ongoing multi‑million‑dollar projects and ensure seamless execution.

Key responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager | Large-Scale Commercial include:

• Manage project life‑cycle from preconstruction through delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure budget, schedule, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including APMs, superintendents, and labor crews.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project life‑cycle.
• Act as a primary decision‑maker, alongside Site Superintendent.

Key requirements of the Construction Project Manager | Large-Scale Commercial include:

• Large‑scale commercial construction expertise, working on projects valued at $30m+.
• Extensive track record in successful ground‑up construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Demonstrates exceptional business judgement by consistently delivering profitable outcomes and achieving successful project closeouts while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
