. This role requires dependability, leadership, and the ability to manage crews working on a variety of projects, from sidewalks and driveways to large-scale commercial and infrastructure developments.
Qualifications:
- Concrete experience is required – must have prior experience in concrete flatwork, curbs, and related tasks.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to follow Foreman instructions and meet daily project expectations.
- Adherence to dress code and PPE requirements at all times.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality project completion.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Compliance with our Drug-Free Workplace policy
.
- Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional weekends as needed).
- Wages: Competitive pay, based on experience..
