Account Manager - Construction at Genuine Search Group
A well-established commercial general contractor in the Orlando area is seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent to join their team. This role focuses on overseeing healthcare construction projects
, including renovations and ground-up work, within active and occupied environments.
$/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Oversee daily field operations on healthcare construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics
- Maintain project schedules and ensure quality and safety compliance
- Work closely with project managers, owners, and design teams
- Enforce healthcare-specific standards, infection control, and safety protocols
- 3+ years of superintendent experience on commercial projects
- Prior healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, inspections, and field coordination
- Ability to manage projects in active or occupied healthcare facilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Stable, reputable commercial GC with a strong healthcare backlog
