We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage and coordinate various Barton Malow team members and/or contractors in the Central Florida area across Sports & Entertainment, Aerospace, and Commercial projects. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

• Assist in developing work scopes and front‑end documents for bidding, participate in post‑bid interviews, and answer bidder questions.
• Enforce corporate safety policies on the jobsite, including pre‑task safety planning.
• Organize and manage the day‑to‑day on‑site labor force.
• Supervise, coordinate, and sequence contractor work to minimize interference.
• Assist PM with budget management, forecasting usage, and controlling costs.
• Develop site logistics plans to maximize productivity and minimize impacts.

• 4+ years of direct supervision of projects including trades.
• 4‑year technical/engineering degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent communication skills with team members, contractors, architects, and owners.
• Ability to negotiate and handle conflicts professionally.
• Knowledge of construction principles, practices, environmental regulations, and safety.
• Project experience in theme park/hospitality, healthcare, higher education, or sports facilities.
