VP of Sales

Overview

We are looking to hire a VP level salesperson in the US (Orland, FL) for one of our clients. This will be a builder coach profile initially helping build the sales processes while also responsible for revenue generation.

Build and scale sales processes and enablement systems while personally contributing to revenue generation. Lead a high-performing sales team, design the sales strategy, and ensure execution to achieve targets. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize the customer journey and payor processes where applicable.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology sectors.
• Proven record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams from the ground up.
• Track record of exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including EHR, RCM, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in designing sales processes, metrics, and enablement systems that drive consistency and results.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on executor - you can build the system and still run it when needed.

• They must have excellent experience in healthcare domain and must have prior experience selling EHR/EMR products.
• Must have managed quotas between 10M to 50M or more.
• Must have experience building teams from scratch.
• Must be willing to work from office in Orland, FL.
