• Managing candidate processes end-to-end on existing, high-quality client accounts
• Qualifying candidates to a high level — assessing technical ability, motivations, cultural fit, and alignment with client needs
• Running detailed screening calls and building strong candidate relationships
• End-to-End, 360 Candidate, Client & Business Development responsibilities
• Writing targeted, high-quality marketing campaigns
• Learning business development from a mentor who can teach you how to grow accounts and influence the market
• Developing long-term networks that accelerate your career

• Minimum 1–2 years agency recruitment experience
• Ambitious, competitive, and hard-working
• Strong phone and written communication skills
• Proven ability to qualify candidates and build real relationships
