- Managing candidate processes end-to-end on existing, high-quality client accounts
- Qualifying candidates to a high level — assessing technical ability, motivations, cultural fit, and alignment with client needs
- Running detailed screening calls and building strong candidate relationships
- End-to-End, 360 Candidate, Client & Business Development responsibilities
- Writing targeted, high-quality marketing campaigns
- Learning business development from a mentor who can teach you how to grow accounts and influence the market
- Developing long-term networks that accelerate your career

- Minimum 1–2 years agency recruitment experience
- Ambitious, competitive, and hard-working
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Proven ability to qualify candidates and build real relationships
