** How You’ll Make a Difference
** As a Service Auditor, you’ll be the steady hand behind our service billing process. Your work ensures our customers are billed accurately, our technicians are supported, and our operations run smoothly. You’ll bring clarity to complex service details and help uphold the standards that make Briggs a trusted name.
** What You’ll Do*
* * Review and audit technician work orders to ensure clear, accurate documentation that meets company standards
* Manage the service billing process from review to invoice, ensuring correct pricing, contracts, and purchase orders are applied
* Verify parts usage, labor, travel time, and service fees, resolving discrepancies and coordinating adjustments as needed
* Partner with service, parts, warranty, fleet, and accounting teams to resolve invoice disputes, support process improvements, and keep work orders moving to completion
** What You’ll Bring*
* * Strong judgment and confidence making independent decisions in service billing and operations
* A sharp eye for detail, paired with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Clear, respectful communication skills and a customer-first mindset
* 5+ years of experience in service operations, billing, or a related field, with solid working knowledge of service systems and MS Office tools
