We build products and experiences for Morgan & Morgan’s clients, employees, and partners. From tools that make it easier for clients to start their case, using AI to process documents intelligently, bringing transparency to our clients in an opaque industry, we do it all. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. This is an in‑office position in one of our many offices across the US.

• Define the vision for your product and successfully communicate it to senior leadership and the product team.
• Develop and defend the roadmap for your product.
• Lead and manage a team, overseeing their project pipeline.
• Deliver products and features efficiently, executing your vision.
• Measure the success of the product clearly and iterate quickly and effectively.

• 3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, co‑founder, or related technical role.
• Experience with Jira (or similar) and working in an Agile environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced organization.
• Flexibility and adaptability to rapid change.

• Exposure to the legal industry and technology in law firms.
• Experience managing a team of direct reports.
• Scrum/Agile certifications.
• Salesforce experience.
