• Sales or management experience
• Prior business ownership
• An MBA, PhD, or advanced degree

• Year 1: Work as a financial professional with full training, digital tools, and access to a broad product portfolio (insurance, annuities, investments).
• After 12 Months: Upon meeting production and licensing requirements, transition into a 6‑month Associate Partner training program focused on leadership, recruiting, and coaching.

• Financial professionals earn commission‑based income.
• Associate Partners receive a salary range of $60,000–$150,000 (higher minimums in CA and WA) plus additional performance‑based compensation.
