The Project Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for executing projects and initiatives that improve the Sales Process with the objective to increase sales efficiencies and enhance the overall guest experience. The Project Manager will be responsible for project management activities in compliance with Project Management Methodologies and best practices which include implementing project action plans and deliverables, stakeholder analysis, risk management, resource alignment, managing project work and teams, developing project communication, tracking project cost, business handoff’s, communicating project status to key project members and stakeholders and performing project postmortems.

This individual will work closely with cross‑functional internal business partners including but not limited to:
Business Operations, Brand, Legal, Strategic Development, IT, Sales Training, Instructional Design, Corp Comm, Sourcing, Procurement, and other corporate teams to deliver projects and required support to Field Sales Teams. This role may require the individual to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of software applications to validate end‑to‑end business flow. This position should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills as this candidate will need to coordinate various activities and communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization including Senior Leadership.

You'll Shine

Support all project management activities including:

  • Project Initiation:
    Support the creation of a business case and feasibility study to establish a projects business value. Create presentation decks to visually display the business case to information and secure buy‑in from key stakeholders.

  • Project Planning:
    Create overall Project Plans (Schedule and Timelines, Milestones, Communication Plan, etc.).

  • Project Execution & Implementation:
    Track projects against timelines, budget, scope, risk, and deliverables. Partners with our other business units to ensure seamless and on‑time delivery of projects that span across the enterprise. Provides clear and transparent report outs based on documented Communication Plans (Stakeholder Communications, Status Reports, Project Snapshot, etc.). Supports to manage stakeholder expectations of project deliverables.

  • UAT (User Acceptance Testing):
    Conduct UAT testing of software applications including Navigator, and/or any other enterprise‑wide software that will impact the sales process. For any sales specific software and/or applications, the management of UAT teams may be required. This will include collecting feedback and test data, triaging and responding to issues and other feedback, and determining whether the software meets the business requirements.

  • Project Evaluation:
    Perform audits, identify trends, determine system improvements/impacts, and implement change.

Project Intake, Prioritization, and Backlog Management

Receives and documents initial Sales Cap Ex requests. Ensure proper stakeholders and decision makers are engaged to review and prioritize the request. Manage backlog of project requests and re‑prioritize projects as business evolves.

Change Management

Support the successful implementation of each project by applying strategies to plan, prepare, and equip individual associates for change across the organization. Monitor and track project adoption rates post launch. Listen to feedback and offer solutions to sustain changes.

Travel Requirements
  • Possible moderate travel required up to 25%.
  • Travel would be required to WVO business sites to support a project rollout/launch, to perform post‑launch evaluations, and/or to oversee the renovations of sales centers.
