As Vice President of Business Development for Pharma/Medical Capital Equipment Sales, you will lead efforts to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s presence in the pharmaceutical and medical industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key accounts, overseeing contract negotiations, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for building sustainable partnerships to strengthen market position and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orlando, FL.
- Strong expertise in New Business Development, with a demonstrated ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic thinking to align objectives with company goals and assess market trends effectively.
- Proven skills in Contract Negotiation and navigating complex agreements to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Experience in Sales and Account Management, including building and maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving targets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and drive teams to success.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical equipment industry, with a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
